After your session, we'll meet for your design appointment to review your portrait and finalize your finished artwork.

The Experience
Every Heirloom Collection begins with a complimentary consultation. We'll talk about the person being photographed, what makes this season of life meaningful, wardrobe, and where the finished portrait will live in your home. Every detail is thoughtfully planned before your session so the portrait is created with purpose from the very beginning.
Portrait sessions take place in Heidi's Wimberley, Texas studio, where the focus remains entirely on the individual. Rather than creating dozens of images, Heidi photographs with the finished artwork already in mind. Every decision, from lighting and composition to expression and pose, is made to create one portrait worthy of becoming a lasting heirloom.
After your session, you'll return for your private Portrait Presentation. This is when Heidi will present the commissioned portrait created from your session and help you determine the finished size and presentation for your home.
